Eight areas, one plan. Most small businesses need a mix, so every engagement starts by working out which of these will move things most for you, and in what order. You work with me directly on all of them.
How the services fit together
Search doesn’t split neatly into separate jobs. Good content won’t rank on a site Google struggles to crawl, AI assistants cite pages that are already trusted in search, and Google Ads data shows which searches are worth building content for. So rather than selling each service on its own, I look at your site and your data first, then put together a plan that uses the right mix in the right order.
For most small businesses that starts with getting the foundations right, then building visibility with content and AI search, with Ads and reporting alongside. The build services come in when the site itself is holding things back, or when a new site or platform move is on the way.
What every engagement includes
Whichever services you use, some things stay the same. You work with me directly, every finding is checked before it reaches you, and you get monthly reporting in plain English that shows what’s changed and what happens next. Nothing is hidden behind jargon, and you’ll never be sold a service the data doesn’t support.
Getting found
These are the services most businesses start with: being visible in Google, in AI answers and with content that people actually click.
| Service | What it covers |
|---|---|
| SEO | Technical audits, Search Console audits, on-page SEO, schema, keyword research and 12-month strategies |
| AI search visibility | Appearing in Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, and tracking how often you’re cited |
| Content | Content strategy, blog and article writing, content refreshes, product and category copy, and content pipelines |
| Google Ads | Campaign management, audits and clean-ups, and planning paid and organic search together |
| Reporting and strategy | Monthly SEO and AI search reporting, competitor reporting and Search Intelligence reports |
Building it properly
Search works best when the site and the tools on it are built for it. These services cover the build side, and the moves that put years of search visibility at risk.
| Service | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Web development | WordPress, Shopify, headless Shopify and Magento, site speed, and SEO-ready site builds |
| App and tool development | Progressive web apps, interactive tools and calculators, AI-powered apps and Shopify product builders |
| Site migrations | Magento, Shopify and WordPress moves, redesigns, domain changes and traffic recovery |
