Results, not promises. In the last 12 months, across the client and own sites I work on, search has generated 64.6 million impressions, 548,667 clicks from Google and 1,603 search terms in Google’s top three.
Every case study gives the totals for a stated period, names the source, and explains what else might have played a part. Top three means a search term averaging position three or better with at least 100 impressions and at least one click, and the full approach is on the methodology page.
How to read these case studies
Each case study covers the same ground: where the business started, what the problem was, what the data showed, what was done, and what happened. My part of the work is stated plainly, including where a client’s own team or developer made the changes.
Results are given as totals for a stated period, normally the last 12 months, rather than the most flattering week. Where something else could have played a part, such as seasonality or a Google update, the case study says so.
SEO, content and AI search
These are the case studies where search visibility is the story: content that earns clicks, rankings that hold, and businesses showing up in AI answers.

Site migrations
Moving platform, redesigning or changing domain is when a site is most likely to lose years of search visibility. These projects were planned so that didn’t happen.
| Case study | The headline |
|---|---|
| Evewell | A pre-migration audit and a 207-URL redirect map behind a full WordPress redesign |
| Kwiat: headless Shopify migration | A move to Hydrogen and Sanity, with the sitemap built to spec |
